Belovida Santa Clara

Belovida Santa Clara brings 27 affordable senior apartments and one manager’s unit to the City of Santa Clara. The development is located at the corner of Main Street and Warburton Avenue in Santa Clara, with great access to public transportation and senior services and surrounded by a mixture of long established homes, local businesses and Santa Clara University. This development is a collaboration between Charities Housing and CORE Affordable Housing, LLC.

The “mission style” community features energy efficient one-bedroom apartments, most with private balconies and patios, and an interior courtyard that contains garden areas, sitting areas and provides a socially integrated setting for its residents. Other community spaces in the development include a 1,200 square foot community room with full kitchen, library with seating area, laundry, and property management and service offices.
