The Branham Station Townhomes development will offer 45 affordable, for-sale townhomes on land that currently serves as a parking lot for the VTA Branham light rail station.  All homes offer 3 or 4 bedrooms with a 2-car garage.  Several 4-bedroom homes include a ground-floor junior ADU.  24 homes are affordable to buyers with income up to 80% area median income and 11 homes available for households up to 120% AMI.
