This development has a mix of studio, one, two, and three bedroom units and serves low-income families. The property underwent an extensive rehabilitation in 2002-03 and 2006-07. The property was fully occupied at the time of acquisition; existing low-income tenants were able to stay in-place and have their living environment significantly upgraded. Tenants at the property are offered services from InnVision the Way Home and Abode Services as necessary.
