Montecito Multifamily is a five-story affordable housing community located at the intersection of Montecito Avenue and North Shoreline Boulevard in Mountain View.

The development will provide 84 thoughtfully designed apartment homes for families earning between 30% and 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI), along with one on-site staff unit.

The community offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments to accommodate a range of household sizes. All residences are served by elevators for convenient access throughout the building.

Residents will enjoy a variety of on-site amenities designed to support comfort and community, including a community room with a shared kitchen, laundry facilities, secure bicycle storage, a children’s playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and 44 surface parking spaces.

The property is also ideally located near public transportation, grocery stores, and neighborhood shops, making daily needs easily accessible. In partnership with the County of Santa Clara Office of Supportive Housing, 50% of the units will be reserved for households participating in Rapid Rehousing programs.

These residents will have access to supportive services such as temporary rental assistance, move-in support, educational resources, and job placement services.
